MANSFIELD

Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon 10/5. I ordered Big Red Barbacoa taco, Texas Twinkie, and Brisket Tostada. And dang, they did not disappoint. Texas Twinkie had the sneaky heat, highly recommend. The staff was really friendly and courteous. I asked for the Cowboys-Jets game on the TVs - no problemo. Great experience and meal before we made the 4 hour trek back home.

This was our first time visiting Hurtado and the BBQ was amazing. The cashier was very patient by explaining the menu and allowing us to sample the green beans. I ordered the brisket sandwich which literally melted in my mouth. The Mexican corn awaken all my taste buds. My husband ordered the three meat plate combo. Brooke was excellent in bringing out the food hot and ready. We will definitely be back.

Wow! What a fantastic meal we had! From the excellent customer service - friendly and helpful - at the counter to table service (thanks Brooke and Becca) to the very delicious food. It made my last meal before leaving Texas to live abroad a fantastic one. Not only was the BBQ good (we had beef brisket and BBQ turkey), but every side we ordered was tasty and clearly a lot of thought and work went into the creation of them as the flavors really complimented the BBQ and were good on their own. We had a Birthday lunch for my husband at Hurtado Barbecue in Mansfield this afternoon. It was our first time trying it out and it was the BEST BBQ we have EVER had and the service was so great .We tried a little bit of everything. It was so refreshing to try a new place and find such a Gem! Good food and good people still exist! Also I mentioned we were there for his Birthday and they brought him banana pudding, a card signed by the staff AND a gift card ! That type of customer service is almost unheard of these days . Great job and keep up the good work !
